With a background in mechanical engineering, he moved into senior agency roles where he has led high-value client accounts, large-scale digital campaigns, complex customer journeys, and online launches generating more than $1.5 million in revenue.

Grant is a seasoned technology professional with over three decades of experience across the IT landscape. His career spans technical engineering roles, evolving to enterprise infrastructure design, data center management, and large-scale systems architecture.
Luke Gravett - Co-Founder
Luke is a multidisciplinary technology and digital professional with experience spanning engineering, software development, digital marketing, product strategy, and delivery. He began his career in engineering, serving as a Project Lead Engineer on infrastructure projects for New Zealand’s national grid, before moving into senior agency roles leading client strategy, digital campaigns, and complex online projects.
